1. About these terms
These terms govern every booking made with Choudhary Travels (Plot No. 8, Near Grand Hyatt Hotel, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122011), whether for a one-way trip, round trip, airport transfer, corporate employee-transport contract or holiday package. By booking a ride or signing a contract with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & fares
Fares quoted over call, WhatsApp or on this website are estimates based on the trip details you provide (pickup, drop, date, vehicle type). Final fare may vary with route changes, additional waiting time, toll/parking charges, or night-time surcharges, all of which are communicated before the trip is confirmed. We do not charge hidden fees beyond what is disclosed at confirmation.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us on +91 88009 18378 or via WhatsApp. Cancellations made well ahead of the pickup time are free of charge; late cancellations or no-shows after a driver has been dispatched may attract a reasonable cancellation charge, which will be communicated at the time.
4. Corporate contracts
Monthly/annual employee-transport contracts are governed by the specific service agreement signed with the corporate client, which takes precedence over these general terms on matters of billing cycle, SLAs and invoicing.
5. Conduct & safety
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end a trip in cases of abusive behaviour, safety violations, or damage to the vehicle, with any repair costs payable by the responsible party.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution for a safe journey, Choudhary Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction over any disputes.
